Hate Or Truth? Truth Hurts

August 31, 2007

Call it what you will but when exposing Hillary for her unsavory escapades in her claw to the top, I have fun at it.

Some call it hate but that merely means that the idiots saying such a thing have no more common sense that a box of turtle turds does.

Hillary To Fight Cancer

August 31, 2007

I wouldn’t get all excited about it, however.

Jay Leno explains:

“Speaking at a forum organized by Lance Armstrong on cancer research, Hillary Clinton told Chris Matthews if she is elected president, she will declare war on cancer, and then she will support the war on cancer for two years, and then she will be against it for a year, and then she will back out of it all together” — Jay Leno, host of NBC’s “Tonight Show.”

On Hillary and Her Unsavory Past

August 30, 2007

Byron York of National Review Online had Hillary pegged waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in March of 2006.

Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton has accepted campaign contributions from a Saipan garment-industry tycoon, sometimes described as a sweatshop operator, whose ties to disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff have been part of the lobbying scandal investigation. Newly filed Federal Election Commission records show that the businessman, Willie Tan, last year gave $2,000 to Friends of Hillary, one of the senator’s political action committees. Friends of Hillary also accepted $2,000 contributions from Raymond Tan and Siu Lin Tan, family members who are top executives in Willie Tan’s businesses. All three contributions were received on September 30, 2005, according to FEC records. Another family member, Josie Tan, who listed her occupation as homemaker, made a $2,000 contribution received on October 2, 2005.

Read the entire article.  If it doesn’t open one’s eyes, there is no hope for the blinded.

In other news, a Clinton apologist has been taken in on the “Claws” article and has begun the usual erroneous spin.  This poor slog evidently missed this post but what else can we expect from one-sided thinkers, if we can call them thinkers, anyway.

If exposing Hillary’s Leninistic politics is considered “hate”, more’s the pity.

If exposing Hillary’s campaign fraud(s) is considered “hate’, bring it on.

Refute her Leninistic policies, if you can; refute her campaign frauds, if you can.

This isn’t about the person of Czarina…it “IS” all about her politics and her lying, and her dishonesties and her blatant hypocrisies.

Refute them all if you can.

The Gauntlets hve been tossed.

Let’s Roll.

Hillary Clinton, The Paw Family and Norman Hsu

August 29, 2007

Cross posted from Wake up America
( The Paws, who live in this Daly City, Calif., bungalow, donated $45,000 to Hillary Clinton. )

This house was also once listed as the home address of Norman Hsu, according to public records.

Six members of the Paw family, each listing the house at 41 Shelbourne Ave. in Daly City, Calif., as their residence, have donated a combined $45,000 to the Democratic senator from New York since 2005, for her presidential campaign, her Senate re-election last year and her political action committee. In all, the six Paws have donated a total of $200,000 to Democratic candidates since 2005, election records show. Their donations closely follow contributions made by a wealthy New York businessman.(See Donation record via WSJ here)

It isn’t obvious how the Paw family is able to afford such political largess. Records show they own a gift shop and live in a 1,280-square-foot house that they recently refinanced for $270,000. William Paw, the 64-year-old head of the household, is a mail carrier with the U.S. Postal Service who earns about $49,000 a year, according to a union representative. Alice Paw, also 64, is a homemaker. The couple’s grown children have jobs ranging from account manager at a software company to “attendance liaison” at a local public high school. One is listed on campaign records as an executive at a mutual fund. (Source)

So far what we have is a family of limited means donating an extraordinary amount of money (considering their income) to Hillary Clinton and in smaller part to other Democrats, that lives in a house that was once listed as Mr. Hsu’s home address, which makes that connection very obvious.

Now lets take a look at Norman Hsu.

Norman Hsu is one of the leading political fund-raisers in the country this year. In fact, many fund-raisers say he is one of a small handful of people capable of raising more than $1 million — a major feat considering the maximum donation allowed by an individual for 2008 races is $4,600 per candidate.

Until three years ago, Mr. Hsu never made a campaign contribution to a presidential candidate, according to federal election records. Now, though, several people involved in raising money for White House candidates say Mr. Hsu is a major player.

Many “HillRaisers” — people who rustle up at least $100,000 for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign — are dwarfed beside Mr. Hsu (pronounced “Shu”). Several people involved in Democratic presidential fund-raising say Mr. Hsu, an apparel executive, has raised well over $1 million for the New York senator’s presidential campaign, making him one of the top 20 Democratic fund-raisers in the country. The Clinton campaign doesn’t disclose such details and declined to comment for this story.

So, where are we, we have a very rich man that since 2003 has started donating to presidential campaigns, and once lived or listed his address as the same one that a modest family of limited means live in and that family has also donated to the same woman, Hillary Clinton far more than their income should allow.

So far so good right?

More about Norman Hsu from the LA Times and this is where things start to unravel because Mr. Hsu is a fugitive from the law.

WASHINGTON — For the last 15 years, California authorities have been trying to figure out what happened to a businessman named Norman Hsu, who pleaded no contest to grand theft, agreed to serve up to three years in prison and then seemed to vanish.

“He is a fugitive,” Ronald Smetana, who handled the case for the state attorney general, said in an interview. “Do you know where he is?”

Hsu, it seems, has been hiding in plain sight, at least for the last three years.

Since 2004, one Norman Hsu has been carving out a prominent place of honor among Democratic fundraisers. He has funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions into party coffers, much of it earmarked for presidential hopeful Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York.

In addition to making his own contributions, Hsu has honed the practice of assembling packets of checks from contributors who bear little resemblance to the usual Democratic deep pockets: A self-described apparel executive with a variety of business interests, Hsu has focused on delivering hefty contributions from citizens who live modest lives and are neophytes in the world of campaign giving.

On Tuesday, E. Lawrence Barcella Jr. — a Washington lawyer who represents the Democratic fundraiser — confirmed that Hsu was the same man who was involved in the California case. Barcella said his client did not remember pleading to a criminal charge and facing the prospect of jail time. Hsu remembers the episode as part of a settlement with creditors when he also went through bankruptcy, Barcella said.

Now, despite Mr. Hsu’s fugitive status, Hillary Clinton’s campaign says there is no reason to return any donations made by Mr. Hsu.

The Clinton campaign said today that it saw no reason to return donations from two major campaign contributors whose donations, according to the Wall Street Journal, closely track one another.

Mr. Hsu is also slated to host a campaign fund raiser for Hillary Clinton, in Northern California on September 30, 2007.

Hsu is slated to host a Sept. 30 fund-raiser in Northern California for Clinton.

Clinton spokesman Howard Wolfson said that there are no plans to return cash donated either by the Paws or by Hsu, and that the fund-raiser will go on as planned.

Is it usual for fugitives of justice to be hosting campaign fund raising events for candidates?

Is it usual for so many legal questions to surrounding a candidates contributions?

It is if you are Hillary Clinton. (Click link to see the whole time line of events)

In the following timeline, we will see apparent evidence of Hillary Clinton’s Senate campaign understating over $750,000 in contributions to her 2000 Senate campaign, from one Peter Paul.

Evidently, Hillary’s campaign initially denied even knowing Peter Paul, and then later, admitted meeting him but never had a conversation regarding his contribution to her campaign.

Hillary Clinton will finally be under oath in the historic civil suit, Paul v Clinton in Los Angeles Superior Court. Voters are going to see the details of the greatest campaign finance fraud in history and the Clinton role in the collapse of Stan Lee Media.

Let us not forget the crime statistics associated with the last Clinton administration:

Crime Stats:

– Number of individuals and businesses associated with the Clinton machine who have been convicted of or pleaded guilty to crimes: 47
– Number of these convictions during Clinton’s presidency: 33
– Number of indictments/misdemeanor charges: 61
– Number of congressional witnesses who have pleaded the Fifth Amendment, fled the country to avoid testifying, or (in the case of foreign witnesses) refused to be interviewed: 122

Forgetful Clinton “friends”:

Number of times that Clinton figures who testified in court or before Congress said that they didn’t remember, didn’t know, or something similar.

Folks, this is a the prefect example of the old adage, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and looks like a duck, chances are, it is, indeed, a duck.

Follow all the links above and ask yourself one final question.

Will Americans vote for a person that has such close associations with fraud and crime and fugitives?

Hillary can claim all she wants that there is some vast right wing conspiracy against her, but if her actions didn’t warrant such close scrutiny then what would this vast conspiracy have to use against her?

She believes the statement alone, the words “vast right wing conspiracy” is a get out of jail free card for her to accept questionable donations, be associated with fugitives and criminals, have a fugitive host her campaign fund raisers and to claim under oath 250 times that she couldn’t remember, didn’t know or something along those lines.

I repeat what I said on a previous post, linked above, if the Democrats are foolish enough to make Hillary the nominated candidate for presidency, that is the best news the GOP could ever get.

UPDATE!!  Like any of us believe this garbage!!

“In light of the new information regarding Mr. Hsu’s outstanding warrant in California, we will be giving his contributions to charity,” Phil Singer, from the Clinton Presidential Exploratory Committee, told FOX News.

Ya.  Sure.

Democratic Fundraiser “IS” A Fugitive In Plain Sight

What Else “Is” Hillary Hiding This Time?

Hillary’s Little Green Laundry Mat

In many posts here on this blog and at Take Our Country Back, we, and a plethora pf others, have shown the dubious character that is one Hillary Rodham Clinton.  There is no personal hate directed at the would-be Czarina.  We do, however, hate her Leninistic and Stalinistic politics.  She espouses the Robin Hood Syndrome and I never did like Robin Hood the infamous crook and robber of ancient days.

Now, we have the following:

WASHINGTON — For the last 15 years, California authorities have been trying to figure out what happened to a businessman named Norman Hsu, who pleaded no contest to grand theft, agreed to serve up to three years in prison and then seemed to vanish.

“He is a fugitive,” Ronald Smetana, who handled the case for the state attorney general, said in an interview. “Do you know where he is?”

Since 2004, one Norman Hsu has been carving out a prominent place of honor among Democratic fundraisers. He has funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions into party coffers, much of it earmarked for presidential hopeful Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York

Mrs Clinton, is embroiled with scandal after scandal throughout her political career.  She demands that the “people” not to be invisible to the government yet, she keeps her aspirations and beliefs and political agendas locked up and “invisible” from the same people she demands for the government to be transparent to.

She may want things her way, double standards and all, but, we here at StopHerNow and Hot Rodham Blog will not allow it.  We, and others will continue to expose Czarina for what she is…a Communist in Liberal Garb which, much to the chagrin of her followers, is an ideology contrary to the United States Constitution.

As a Democratic rainmaker, Hsu — who graduated from UC Berkeley and the Wharton School of Business — is credited with donating nearly $500,000 to national and local party candidates and their political committees in the last three years. He earned a place in the Clinton campaign’s “HillRaiser” group by pledging to raise more than $100,000 for her presidential bid.

Records show that Hsu helped raise an additional $500,000 from other sources for Clinton and other Democrats.

What Else “Is” Hillary Hiding This Time?

Hillary’s Little Green Laundry Mat

What is this?

Six members of the Paw family list this house in Daly City, Calif., as their address?

DALY CITY, Calif. — One of the biggest sources of political donations to Hillary Rodham Clinton is a tiny, lime-green bungalow that lies under the flight path from San Francisco International Airport.

Six members of the Paw family, each listing the house at 41 Shelbourne Ave. as their residence, have donated a combined $45,000 to the Democratic senator from New York since 2005, for her presidential campaign, her Senate re-election last year and her political action committee. In all, the six Paws have donated a total of $200,000 to Democratic candidates since 2005, election records show.

Is this where her money laundry “IS”? Naturally, we will have to determine just what the definition of “IS’ “IS”.

Simply amazing.

“There are red lights all over this one,” Mr. Cooper said.

There is no public record or indication Mr. Hsu reimbursed the Paw family for their political contributions.

For the 2008 election, individuals can donate a maximum of $4,600 per candidate — $2,300 for a primary election and $2,300 for a general election — and a total of $108,200 per election to all federal candidates and national political parties.

What does it all mean, exactly?

Hillary? What are you hiding now?

Buzz it

And this sad little one whines as well…LOL!!

‘Swifting’ Hillary?

Be careful who you call a Hillary hater, folks. Even to those people who’ve dedicated much of their lives to stopping the political ascendancy of the junior senator from New York.

On Sunday, the Chicago Tribune’s Jill Zuckman wrote a piece describing a nationwide network of “professional ‘Hillary haters’.” In it, she included Dick Collins, the man behind, a Web site dedicated to, well, stopping Hillary Clinton’s presidential aspirations. Now.

But Collins told Yeas & Nays that it ain’t personal, baby. It’s politics. “We don’t hate Senator Clinton, we only take exception to her policies,” Collins said. “Hillary and Bill are good entertainment for a world that has too few laughs.”

Case in point: Roger Clinton. “Does anyone think Washington will be the same after Roger Clinton’s antics?” Collins asked. Referencing Roger’s obscure cameo in “National Lampoon’s Last Resort,” Collins said, “I bet the Bush twins will never get an opportunity to star in a movie with Corey Feldman and Corey Haim.”

Lucky them.

Vast army of ‘Hillary haters’ has claws out

August 26, 2007

This “IS” ALMOST too funny!

Here we go with the lamest of the lame losers going off whining about the obscurity abyss the Chief Leninist of the DNC will soon find her self sinking into. This article is a Godsend.

Thanks, Jill Zuckman. She is apparently a graduate for the same Moonbats In Training school as the idiot from Huff and Puff.

I was wondering where all these Moonbats from the Fruit Loop Brigades were coming from and we have it right here.

Chicago Tribune…LOL!!

DALLAS – Richard Collins, a wealthy Texas philanthropist, businessman and political aficionado, heaps praise on the woman he has set out to destroy, Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.).

“She looks like a winner,” said Collins, sitting in his high-rise office with sweeping views of the city. “She’s run a good campaign, very consistent, no mistakes.”

But make no mistake about it: Collins is just one in a vast army of professional “Hillary haters” who are banking on Clinton becoming the Democratic nominee. Like the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth in the 2004 election who denigrated John Kerry’s military service in Vietnam, Collins and others are searching for just the thing that will crystallize the way voters think and feel about her.

What is with these sad-sacked Slumber Party attendees on the left? There is a conspiracy under every rock. One could draw the conclusion that since they slither out from beneath the rocks, one would see the conspiracies. Simply amazing. Come one, come all. This is all too good!

Hillary, the Budding Leninist is a Clear and Present Danger and I don’t care if Hillary is a man, woman or any combination thereof. She talks from both sides of her backsides and has the nerve and the audacity to charge people with doing the exact same things she does. Double Standards. Plain and simple.

She comes across one way while hiding her darker side from the public eye and her followers are dumber than a box of turtle turds.

Come on Hillary! What’s the deal?

Czarina Issues An Utterance

Why would a Presidential aspirant “udder” such a politically motivated statement as the one Czarina “uddered”. What was the point? Towards which target or targets was she directing the “charge”? Has she sided with the Conspiracy Loons that 91101 was an inside job? Could it be that the GOP is going to orchestrate a terrorist attack to bolster their own power bid? Is she hedging her bets that if there “IS” another terrorist attack in the CONUS, she can say, “See? What did I tell y’all?” Could it be that SHE is planning an attack just so she can say, “See? What did I tell y’all?”

Czarina, Madame Hillary The Rodham “My Documents Are Invisible” Clinton, has just been elevated to a new low. She should be proud to associate herself with Cindy “I’m In A Jihad” Sheehan. Allah hu Chavez!

WASHINGTON (CNN) — She says she is the Democrat best equipped to fight terrorists, but White House hopeful Sen. Hillary Clinton told New Hampshire voters Thursday that another attack on the United States would likely help Republican candidates at the polls.

Sen. Hillary Clinton said the Republicans would benefit politically if a terrorist attack occurred before the ’08 vote.

Sen. Chris Dodd, D-Connecticut, who is also competing for the Democratic nomination, issued a statement Friday afternoon calling Clinton’s remark “tasteless.”

“Frankly, I find it tasteless to discuss political implications when talking about a potential terrorist attack on the United States,” he said.

“It’s a horrible prospect to ask yourself, ‘What if? What if?’ ” Clinton, a New York Democrat, told a house party in Concord, according to the New York Post and The Associated Press and confirmed by her campaign.

“But, if certain things happen between now and the election, particularly with respect to terrorism, that will automatically give the Republicans an advantage again, no matter how badly they have mishandled it, no matter how much more dangerous they have made the world.”

Clinton added that if such a scenario occurred, she is the best Democratic presidential candidate “to deal with that.”

Clinton was in the crucial early voting state Thursday to unveil her health care plan.

A Clinton spokesman, Isaac Baker, told CNN “Sen. Clinton was making clear that she has the strength and experience to keep the country safe.”

So, if she is “the best to handle that situation”, as she has so claimed, how can she justify that rhetoric having issued such an ill-spoken statement as a terrorist attack would help the GOP? As a matter of fact, her statement is well beyond “ill-spoken”. It could very well be the singularly most ignorant statement she has ever made in her life, let alone her political campaign.

And she dares whine about the GOP politicizing the GWOT? Is she daft? Don’t answer that. I already know the answer.

White House Declares Office Off-Limits

Administrator of Missing E-Mails Not Subject to Open-Records Law, It Says

By Dan Eggen
Washington Post Staff Writer
Thursday, August 23, 2007; A04

The Bush administration argued in court papers this week that the White House Office of Administration is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act as part of its effort to fend off a civil lawsuit seeking the release of internal documents about a large number of e-mails missing from White House servers.

The claim, made in a motion filed Tuesday by the Justice Department, is at odds with a depiction of the office on the White House’s own Web site. As of yesterday, the site listed the Office of Administration as one of six presidential entities subject to the open-records law, which is commonly known by its abbreviation, FOIA.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, a nonprofit group, filed a lawsuit in May seeking Office of Administration records about the missing e-mails, including when they were deleted from government computer files. CREW said it understood that internal White House documents had estimated at least 5 million e-mails were missing from March 2003 to October 2005.

The Bush administration has not provided a number publicly. Some of the records may have been subject to a document preservation law administered by the National Archives and Records Administration. Congress has sought access to them as part of its probe into the administration’s firing of nine U.S. federal prosecutors in 2006.

Melanie Sloan, CREW’s executive director, said that “one has to wonder if this is an effort by the White House to keep secret the details of how millions of White House e-mail suddenly went missing. The OA’s disingenuous claim that it is not subject to the FOIA is contradicted by its own actions and statements.”

White House spokesman Scott Stanzel declined to comment yesterday.

Much of the White House, including the offices of President Bush and Vice President Cheney, is not subject to FOIA, which allows the media and the public to demand disclosure of federal public records. But the Office of Administration, which was formed in 1977 and handles various administrative and technology duties, responded to 65 FOIA requests last year and even has its own FOIA officer, records show.

In its 20-page motion, the Justice Department argues that past behavior is irrelevant, pointing to a 1996 appellate court ruling that found the White House-based National Security Council was not covered by FOIA even though it had complied with the law previously.

As with the NSC, the government argues that the Office of Administration is not an “agency” as defined under the open-records statute because it has no substantial authority independent of the president.

“To be sure, OA currently has regulations implementing FOIA and has not taken the position in prior litigation that it is not subject to FOIA,” the filing says. “However, the D.C. Circuit has held that this is not probative on the question of whether an EOP unit does, in fact, satisfy FOIA’s definition of ‘agency.’ “

Steven Aftergood, director of the Project on Government Secrecy for the Federation of American Scientists, said that given the previous ruling on the NSC, the White House may be successful in its bid to close off its administrative office to public scrutiny.

“It’s obnoxious, and it’s a gesture of defiance against the norms of open government,” Aftergood said. “But it turns out that a White House body can be an agency one day and cease to be one the next day, as absurd as it may seem.”
